How It Works
1. The main component of this juice extruder is the screw. The bottom diameter of the screw gradually increases but the screw pitch decreases when the screw advances along the dreg exit. When the material is pushed by the screw, the cavity volume decreases, which forms the press to the material.
2. The rotation direction is clockwise looked from the feed hopper to the dreg exit. Material is pressed by the pushing of screw, juice inflows into the bottom container, while dregs are expelled through the cyclic gap.
3. The axial movement of the pressure controller adjusts the gap space. Clockwise adjustment increases resistance to dreg expelling and adjusts dreg yield.
Application
Suitable for all kinds of berries, kernel fruit and broken vegetable juice. It can also process larger fruits and vegetables softened by cooking to reduce viscosity for juicing. Common applications include celery, spinach, tomato, pineapple, pear, apple, and orange.
