Working Principle

The main component of this device is a spiral. Along the direction of the slag outlet, the bottom diameter gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases. When the material is propelled by the screw, the spiral cavity volume reduces, forming the pressure needed to press the material.

Feedstock enters the hopper under screw propulsion. The squeezed juice flows through the filter into the juice container at the bottom, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the tapered regulator. The slag rate can be adjusted by changing the gap size via the handwheel.
