When is the delivery or lead time?
According to your order: the delivery time for a single device is about 5-30 days, and the delivery time for the entire assembly line is about 30-90 days.
Is there a minimum quantity to place an order?
No, you only need to buy 1 set as the minimum quantity for any product.
How about the payment way?
We accept TT with 40% as down payment and the balance 60% before the machine ships out. Bank details will be provided.
What is the power supply requirement?
Generally, we can customize according to requirements: 220V 1-phase, 110V 1-phase, 380V 3-phase, or 220V 3-phase, etc.
What about the shipment packing?
We use standard export packing materials. Depending on the region, we use fumigated wooden cases or three-ply wooden cases to ensure safe transport.
How about the after-sales service?
We provide maintenance support for any issues. Under warranty, we replace or repair faulty parts free of charge (buyer covers shipping). Most in-stock parts ship within 1 day.
