Fresh pomegranate enters the upper crushing device from the feeding hopper. After the relative extrusion of the crushing roller and the pressure of the blade on the roller, the whole pomegranate is squeezed and cut into several small pieces. The upper crushing rollers are made of stainless steel with an adjustable gap of 20-30mm.

The lower crushing rollers are made of non-toxic, highly elastic rubber to minimize damage to pomegranate seeds, with an adjustable gap of 10-20mm. After crushing, the skin and seeds enter a variable frequency separation device where seeds and juice are sieved through pores, while the peel is discharged from the bottom.
